All of our biothane products are covered with the exception of our balls on biothane.

Our snout rollers are covered from breakage but please remember they are not chew toys and should be picked up when your dog have finished the food inside to prevent chewing on the tube.

Don't forget, the medical grade PVC we use is not great with heat. Don't wash them in the dishwasher or leave them in the car in full view of the hot sun. If your end caps do warp, you can try using a hair dryer to soften them a little and mold them back on. If you are having trouble, let us know and we will get you some replacement options.

The lifetime warranty on our biothane products does not extend to chewing.

That being said, let us know and send any pieces back to us. We will use the pieces to make a collar or leash to donate to a shelter and give you 50% off your next leash.
